Delete your Super Good Advice account

In the app

Open Super Good Advice, go to your profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to sga@apparat.team with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address of your Apple or Google account, and include your username if you remember it. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us your username. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile, library, collections, ratings, advice, comments, reactions, connected Steam and PlayStation accounts, push tokens and sessions are deleted from our database, and your Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. Encrypted backups are removed within 30 days. Usage analytics linked to your account are deleted on request — just mention it in your email. More details are in the Privacy Policy.

Only some of your data

You don't have to delete the whole account: you can delete advice and comments, remove games from your library, disconnect Steam or PlayStation and turn off usage analytics in Settings, or write to us to delete your analytics data.
